Propane General Info

Propane (also sometimes referred to as liquefied petroleum gas, or LPG) is a nontoxic, colorless and odorless gas that is normally compressed and stored as a liquid. An identifying odor is added to make it detectable. Propane is often used for space and water heating, cooking, and fuel for engine applications like forklifts, farm irrigation engines, fleet vehicles, and buses. When used as fuel for vehicles, it’s known as propane autogas. With new technology developments, propane uses are rapidly growing.
